A Story Starter:
. . . Mrs. Travesty Troll was in the kitchen preparing dinner when her son, Tremor Troll, came bounding through the door. She watched him dive under the table. What in the world are you doing? she implored.
. . . Im hiding from the leprechauns, was the reply that came from behind the oversized tablecloth.
. . . Whats all this about leprechauns? Tremors mother demanded.
. . . Trogmire Troll says that if Im not careful, a leprechaun will get me! Tremor trembled.
. . . Dont you know theres no such thing as a leprechaun?
. . . Thats not what Trogmire says. He says that if a leprechaun puts a spell on me, Ill turn into a human!
. . . Mrs. Travesty Troll frowned. Thats disgusting! Im not sure I want you playing with Trogmire Troll, if hes going to be talking like that. Besides, anyone who believes in leprechauns is just plain superstitious.
. . . What are super stitches? Tremor asked as he poked his head out from his sanctuary.
. . . Thats superstitious. If someone believes something that isnt real and makes no sense at all, theyre superstitious.
. . . Well, Trogmire sounds like he knows what hes talking about. He says that on the night before St. Patricks Day, leprechauns go looking for innocent little trolls like me. When they catch us, its Humansville!
. . . Mrs. Troll pulled a chair from the table. Sit here and eat your mole liver nuggets. Its time that Trogmire Troll learns a lesson, and I have just the plan that will do it!
